well, translated it means 'beach of time', meaning a space of time that is carved out for oneself to repair or replenish. a definite need for everyone, but most especially for us busy moms. such a great french phrase....meaning that in life we need balance....and take that time for your joys and needs.

okay, so i'm going to comment on the pictures of your kids you took: (i don't know if that's right, but you may not see the comment if i put it farther down on the page. anyway. ahem.) the lighting is gorgeous! i love them/it/everything. and i always feel my kids are putting up with me and having to be patient too! poor kids of crazy photo-happy mamas. i just tell myself they'll be so grateful when they're older. or their kids will...
oh, and re: the bear. scary.
